“Sugar” Sean O’Malley has been on fire in 2020 so far with two first round knockout wins over Jose Quinonez and Eddie Wineland picking up Performance of the Night bonuses in both fights.

O’Malley originally called out former bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt for his next contest but Dana White quickly shot that idea down saying O’Malley needs a few more fights before taking on someone like Garbrandt.

It seems that O’Malley has now changed his focus to Marlon “Chito” Vera and took to Instagram to call out the 14-fight UFC veteran Vera.

“Who wants to see me Knock Out Cheeto?”

Who wants to see me Knock Out Cheeto?

Vera has been performing well in the Octagon lately and was riding a five-fight winning streak before losing his most recent fight by a very controversial decision to Song Yadong at UFC on ESPN 8.

As a fight with O’Malley is big for any fighter in the bantamweight division, Vera was unsurprisingly very quick to respond to the callout on his Twitter account posting several tweets telling the UFC to send the contract and saying he’s going to make O’Malley quit.
