Paul Daley vs Sabah Homasi Scheduled For Bellator 232

ESPN have reported that Bellator 232 adds another exciting welterweight bout to the card as Paul Daley takes on Sabah Homasi in what poses to be a brutal striking affair. The bout has been booked as the co-main event of the show that is topped by the welterweight title fight between current champion Rory MacDonald and former two-time champion Douglas Lima.

The veteran Daley is coming off a big win over Erick Silva in his last outing which snapped a two fight losing streak to Jon Fitch and Michael Page.

Homasi struggled in the UFC losing all three of his UFC bouts losing via TKO to Tim Means and then being finished by Abdul Razak Alhassan twice. However, since leaving the UFC Homasi has gone on a two-fight winning streak with his most recent being an emphatic return to the Bellator cage with a 17 second knockout over Micah Terrill at Bellator 225.

It’s no secret that when you put Daley in the cage with another stand up fighter you are likely to get an action-packed fight and perhaps a vicious knockout.

Homasi is currently riding some good momentum after an amazing return to Bellator and a win in style over Daley would skyrocket that momentum to even bigger heights.
