Two UFC veterans will face off in the Bellator cage in March as Paul Daley meets Sabah Homasi at Bellator 241. The bout announcement was initially report by MMA Junkie

Daley is a veteran of MMA with 61 fights under his belt across a wide range of promotions including the UFC, BAMMA, Cage Warriors and now Bellator. Daley has competed 11 times under the Bellator banner amassing a 7-4 record.

Daley is currently riding a two-fight winning streak with his most recent win coming at Bellator 232 in a second-round knockout over Saad Awad.

Daley’s losses under the Bellator banner have only come against the top fighters the promotion has to offer including Michael Page, Jon Fitch, Rory MacDonald and Douglas Lima respectively.

Homasi is also a former UFC fighter and made his Bellator debut at Bellator 225 and impressed with a 17 second knockout over Micah Terrill. Homasi had three bouts under the UFC banner where he lost back to back bouts via knockout against Tim Means and Abdul Razak Alhassan twice.

The bout between the two is actually a rebooking as they were supposed to face off at Bellator 232 but Homasi was forced out of the bout and was replaced with Saad Awad.

Bellator 241 is set to be headlined by a featherweight title bout between Patricio Freire and Pedro Carvalho.
